The modern contemporary residence built on a hill in Paphos is a sophisticated architectural masterpiece, showcasing a perfect combination of modern design and innovative building techniques.
The exterior is a combination of wood, glass, and steel, creating a perfect balance between modernity and natural elements. From the moment you enter the property, you are greeted by a striking view of the city and sea, which is visible through the expansive glass windows that frame the living spaces. The house is designed to maximize the panoramic views while providing a sense of privacy and seclusion.
Interior: Upon entering the house, one would be greeted with a double-height ceiling dining area, providing a sense of grandeur and spaciousness . The dining area would be connected to the living area, which would have floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer panoramic views of the surroundings.
The ground floor common areas would be spacious and open, perfect for hosting gatherings or relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen is modern with an island with some cooking appliances. The kitchen has been designed by the team of savva & nearchou studio and has a seamless connection with the dining area, creating a perfect flow between the two.
One of the most striking features of the house is the inside balcony and a custom-made steel staircase which is a true work of art and connects the first floor to the ground floor common areas. The bridge on th first floor is suspended above the living area and would provide a unique vantage point to enjoy the views from above. The inside balcony is connected to the master- bedroom on the first floor, creating a perfect private space for relaxation and enjoying the views.
The house is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a home automation system that controls lighting, heating, and air conditioning. The house is designed to be energy-efficient, with features such as solar panels, high-performance insulation, and a rainwater harvesting system.
