The Art Gallery House is a stunning multi-story building that showcases the perfect fusion of art, business, and luxury. The building accommodates the business of the owner on the ground floor which is a luxury dermatological and cosmetic clinic. What it more, this is the first clinic in Cyprus that will be built according to the Passivhaus standard.

Cliinic. Step into the clinic, where the essence of purity and innovation greets you at every turn. Bathed in pristine white, the interior design is a masterpiece of simplicity and elegance, creating an atmosphere that’s both calming and futuristic.

As you enter, an expansive open-plan area unfolds, seamlessly integrating the reception and the waiting area. The reception desk, with its minimalist design, exudes professionalism and warmth.

Beyond the waiting area lies the doctor’s office and examination area. The doctor’s office is a blend of functionality and style, equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide the best possible care. The same white theme continues here, imbuing the space with an air of clinical precision while fostering an open, inviting atmosphere.

Further, in the clinic there are two additional examination rooms and one treatment room. The white walls and carefully curated lighting create an ambiance that promotes relaxation and reassurance, essential for any medical environment.

The clinic’s white canvas fosters a space for open dialogue and creativity, as ideas flow freely among minds dedicated to advancing patient care, beauty and medical excellence. The first floor of the Art Gallery House features two bedrooms and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. The master bedroom is a true retreat, with a luxurious en-suite bathroom that features high-end fixtures and finishes.

As you enter the second floor, you are greeted by a spacious and elegant lobby area that leads to an open living room and a cantilevered volume that features a huge curtain wall and accommodates the dining area. The curtain wall provides breathtaking views of the cityscape, making this floor the perfect space for entertaining guests.

The top level of the Art Gallery House is dedicated to the owner’s personal retreat, featuring a holiday room with a rooftop swimming pool, bar, and lounge area. The rooftop area is the perfect space for relaxing with stunning views of the surrounding cityscape.
