Nestled on a corner plot, this splendid 200m² two-story Passive House residence is designed to redefine modern living. It can be built in a minimum plot requirement of just 23.5 meters in front and 19.80 meters in depth.

Ground Floor: As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an expansive open-plan design that seamlessly combines the dining and living spaces. Natural light floods in through strategically placed windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. On this floor, you’ll also find a well-appointed bedroom and a guest bathroom. Also in the ground floor lies in a generously sized kitchen, which flows into a covered veranda.

First Floor: the first floor consist of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The master-bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
