This residence is located in Pomos, a small village right by the sea, enjoying the breathtaking view of the mediterranean sea. The house, measuring 200 square meters, is situated next to the sea, separated by a road. It was designed considering the topography, orientation aiming at simplicity of form, functionality and its gentle inegration into the landscape.

The main house extends along the noth side of the plot, with living space , study area, dining area and kitchen arranged in a line at the ground floor. Two en-suite bedrooms designed on the upper level. The upper floor is a white and grey frame box sitting atop the costen-steel clad ground floor. The entire sea and swimming pool -facing side is made of glass, allowing the blue hues to create a backdrop for the living and shared areas.

The narrow pool extends along the length of the plot, with a deck separating it from the main house. The oudoor space is a main element in the overall synthesis and consists of a white volume which stands along side the swimming pool and comprises the bar, bbq and outdoor lounge area.
